Folklore Coffee & Company was born from a simple conviction: that the best coffee experiences happen when people slow down, show up, and make time for each other.

We roast every batch right here on North Mary Street — no middlemen, no warehouse blends, no shortcuts. Our bakers start at dawn so the smell of fresh sourdough and butter croissants meets you the moment you walk in. It's not a gimmick. It's just how we do things.

We don't ship beans in from somewhere else. Our roaster sits right here in the shop, and every batch is tracked, tasted, and adjusted until it's exactly right.

That means when you order a pour-over or an espresso, you're drinking coffee that was roasted days — sometimes hours — before. The difference is in the cup. You'll taste it.
